The Big Retreat Wales
Looking for some extra special family fun this weekend? With over 200 activities and ‘Late Bird’ tickets still available the Big Retreat, is four uplifting, unforgettable days to relax, reflect and recharge.
Set in the stunning, unspoiled western edge of Wales, the Big Retreat is the feel good family festival packed full of inspirational, creative and learning activities, including walkabout theatre, discos, arts and crafts, yoga, nature walks, bug hunts, cookery classes and dancing.
Kids can also enjoy swing boat rides and trampolines, while teens wanting to escape their parents, get their very own tent to hang out in!
If thats not enough, following a request from last years visitors, this Big Retreat have introduced a new dedicated Kids’ programme. Led by the Majical Youth Theatre Project, the kids’ programme is an entertaining child-care facility for 3-9 year olds, so you can take in a yoga class, enjoy some music on the main stage or simply take some ‘me time’ totally child free!
When hunger hits, we recommend heading over to the Rose Garden at the front of the Festival Terrace, where a tasty range of good, sustainable, honest nosh is sure to satisfy every craving. Think wood fired pizza, raw and vegan delicacies, quality burgers all topped off with a pint from the festival local or a refreshing G&T from their amazing Gin Bar!
But with just days to go until the festival kicks off, you better be quick!
