The brain child of Alicia Irvine-MacDougall, a former Stylist, Beauty Editor and founder of the cult youth lifestyle publication 1883 Magazine, Editor's Beauty was created following the birth of her two sons in 2103 and 2016, after realising that while her own interests in beauty and lifestyle remained the same, she now had very specific skincare and lifestyle needs since becoming a mother. Using her previous experience as Editor in Chief and magazine founder, Alicia decided to launch an online destination that not only showcased the best in luxury beauty, travel, wellness and lifestyle but was dedicated to the needs of mums and mums-to-be.
